Online withdrawal
In accordance with Section 20a of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from a distance contract also via the online function available on the seller's website. The seller shall provide an easily accessible and visible function marked "Withdraw from the contract here" throughout the withdrawal period, which is located in the lower right corner of the website. The consumer may use this function to electronically submit a declaration of withdrawal. After submitting the withdrawal, the seller shall immediately provide the consumer with a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium, including the date and time of its receipt.
You may also request withdrawal by filling out a form.
The buyer as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days.
The buyer must return the goods undamaged, undamaged and without signs of use.
The buyer cannot withdraw from the contract e.g. in the case of hygiene goods that were delivered to the buyer in a closed protective packaging and the buyer removed them from such packaging.
The purchase price, including the shipping price, will be returned to the buyer in the same way, no later than 14 days after the delivery of the goods to the seller.
