The buyer as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days.
The buyer must return the goods undamaged, undamaged and without signs of use.
The buyer cannot withdraw from the contract e.g. in the case of hygiene goods that were delivered to the buyer in a closed protective packaging and the buyer removed them from such packaging.
The purchase price, including the shipping price, will be returned to the buyer in the same way, no later than 14 days after the delivery of the goods to the seller.
